a couple of months ago we got our first invitation to a wedding....of one of Chris's soccer players!!! Are we really this old that Chris's players are starting to get married??? Geobany was on one of Chris's first soccer teams and was so sweet! He was also an artist and would bring his portfolio to show me his work! His dad also worked at New York Pizza and even though he didn't speak an ounce of english every time we went to pick up an order he would come over because it doesn't matter what language you speak, if you know that someone is going to brag about your son you want to hear it!!! His dad would smile so big when Chris talked about Geobany being such a hard worker!! I smiled even bigger when I opened up the invitation and it was all in Spanish!
How sweet of Geobany to think our family and want us there on his special day! We were at the beach when they got married (that is if I correctly translated the date :)) but you better believe if we had been in town we would have been there to help Geobany celebrate his big day!
