It's the season BABY!!!!
Blogging will be hit or miss until June....BECAUSE IT'S THE SEASON BABY!!!
Chris and his entire coaching staff and his ENTIRE varsity team wear these adorable Nike sweater vest and ties! (the boys wear them to school on home game days!) In true Chris style he wrote a tie company a quick email and he got 30 gold ties donated completely free!! (the tie company was Tiecoon...so if you are in the market for ties head on over to their website...I am an official sponsor of course! :) ) Little Miss rocked her PH tu-tu and PH soccer shirt (courtesy of Nana)! I can't believe I didn't get a shot of her shoes but they totally made the outfit and were my favorite part! I promise to get a shot next time! I could squeeze these two!

Last weekend we had Amy Jo's baby shower here at my house! Mom got the cutest little giraffe print paper products!

Happy (late) St. Patrick's Day!
We had a fun St. Patty's day! A little Leprechaun snuck into our house and left little green footprints (that led to a pot of gold...and by pot of gold we mean Reese Eggs!)

Happy 2nd Birthday Charley Jane!
Charley, we love you SO much! You are beautiful, smart, funny, and caring! You make us laugh everyday...like legitimately laugh out loud every day! You LOVE to sing! Your favorites are ABC's, and Happy Birthday. You love to wear hats and you always have a bow! Everyone is amazed that you keep hats on and bows in but I always tell them its from "years of practice"! Your hair is getting so long and I don't dare even think of cutting it! Not yet! :) You talk ALL the time! Gee-Jo tell me it's payback! You can put 5-6 word sentences together! We or course think you are a genius! For instance you know your not supposed to have your "babby" during the day, so if you find one you hid it behind your back, go to a corner and steal a couple sucks! Then you take it out of your mouth turn around to face us and give us your "cute face"! I believe Daddy and I are going to "have our hands full"! We are definitely not afraid of anyone "pulling anything over on you" and we are certain you will be able to fend for yourself just fine! You are spunky and we LOVE it! You love your big brother and you love taking care of your babies! You have probably put in at least 100 miles on your baby stroller! You love to feed, rock, stroll, read, and sing to your babies! You go to sleep around 8 o'clock! You still sleep with your Charley Bear (Thank you Bad and Apool :) ), bunny, and two pink "bankies"...and of course babby! You wear size 5 diapers and bless your heart you don't fit into half the clothes mommy bought you for summer...Maymee and mommy like to call you "big gurl"! You refuse to call Sam "Bub-E" which we prefers...you call him Sam! You LOVE play time with Daddy! As soon as walks in the door you call out, "Daddy come and get me"! You make Daddy change Baby's diaper and it CRACKS me up! You will NOT name baby! You insist on calling her Baby! Daddy and I like to call her our "third child"! You have gotten into "kicking" and "score goals" with Daddy! You love playing with cars! I think Sam may have something to do with that! Your favorite food by far is PIZZZZAAAA! You also love chips, hotdogs, and Reese Eggs! Clearly you are a health nut! You love the playgroud and are fearless there but you are TERRIFIED of one of Sam's plastic spiders. You call her buggy and you will put a death grip on me until we put it far away! When I come home from work you always say, "mommy miss you"!
Every night Daddy sings to you, "To make you feel my love" from Hope Floats. You almost know all the words now! EVERY time I hear you sing it I think of you dancing with your Daddy at your wedding and I tear up....every time!
You are our beautiful, spunky, independent, sweet spirit Charley Jane and we LOVE YOU MORE!

My Sammy C
If I pretend I'm just writing fun facts about Sam and not doing his 4 year old post then I can still pretend he is most def. not growing up...therefore, this is just a post to say what Sam has "been up to lately" because how ON EARTH could I possibly have a four year old! :) Sam you are the best big brother in the world! You show Charley how to do new things every day and she thinks the world revolves around you. I pray that you will always be as close to your sister as you are now! You love her and are so gentle and kind with her...(at least mostly :)). Your idiosyncrasies CRACK US UP! We call you "Little Monk" because you def. have a touch of OCD. You line your cars up just right, we have to sing "Hush Little Baby" the "right way" (when you were little we made up our own version and you love your special song!), you set up soccer cones in a perfect line, you do not like your hands to be dirty, your blanket has to be laid the exact right way. You bite your finger nails. We are trying to break this habit but we have figured it out that you do it as your falling asleep. Your favorite foods are PBandJ, Chick-Fil-A, and Japanese rice! You are SO athletic. You love anything sports related. You play full rounds of golf, practice "passing routes", kick off a tee, invent your own games of soccer, and give Daddy a run for his money with your indoor basketball hoop. You always ask us, "Daddy says when I'm bigger I can get a real basketball hoop outside....am I bigger yet?" Your left foot is amazing! I am now officially scared to stop your shots on goal! Sometimes Nana takes you to Daddy's practice! You pack your soccer bag (filled with shin guards, soccer socks, and cleats) all on your own. You are an awesome student. Your teachers always brag about what a good preschooler you are! They say you are very quiet but that you love to talk to your best friend Michael. They say you sit quietly and always listen on the first time! You know all your letters and sounds and are reading level A books! You can read Biscuit books on your own but they are def. from memory. We have read them at least a million times! :) You are obsessed with anything Cars and are looking forward to this summer when the 2nd movie comes out! You love having movie night after sissy goes down. Sometime you call me Mom instead of Mommy and I shed a tear each time. Daddy is your all time BEST friend! You feed Elli and let her out all on your own. You make us laugh everyday, especially when you tell stories! You beg us to wear shorts EVERYDAY...are you your daddy's son much? You like to ride your bike and scooter. You still sleep with your Elli dog every night. We kinda think you are the best 4 year old in the world! You have taught us so much more than we have taught you. You are such a sweet blessing to us every day. The first thing Daddy said after you were born was, "how could anyone just experience what we just experienced and not believe in God". We loved you instantly and it grows everyday. You make us want to do better! We love you more than you will ever know!

Sam's 4th and Charley's 2nd Birthday Party!
Their party was GREAT! We ate pizza and salad, they opened some pretty awesome gifts, our friends and family took a "who knows Sam and Charley the Best Quiz", watched an 8 minute video of their life so far, and ate some pretty great cupcakes thanks to Daddy!

Chris did a video quiz for the kids! It was great! The questions were written on the screen and then he filmed the kids answer to the questions. All the guests made their best guess and then he played our kids responses and it was just adorable. He also did a video montage of both kids. It was pretty legit. Everybody had tears in their eyes. It was AMAZING and I'm so excited to have something I can watch to relive these first couple of years! We will def. be playing it at their graduation parties! It was my MOST.FAVORITE.THING.THAT.CHRIS.HAS.MADE.ME.EVER!!!!!!!!!! (and that almost conveys how much I love this video!

How many Jones' does it take to feed Emery??? We CAN'T WAIT to find out what Baby Jones will be...not much longer!!!!! I vote girl but I'm usually wrong! :)
I love the fact that we received a phone call on Friday from the Jones to ask if it was ok to get Sam this Nerf gun. We ALL know that really Josh was getting it for Chris. And within seconds of opening it up Chris and Josh were trying to shoot each other to see if the person could catch the dart. So course the little boys had to follow suit! Is this not Josh and Chris approximately 26 years ago!!1 HAHA!
