Daddy's Day Out!

Last weekend while I was at Katie's baby shower, Chris took the kids to the Grandin Court Christmas Parade!  Obviously he dressed them considering they were wearing their matching Redskins jerseys!  (FTR wearing their jerseys a day early still did not help the Redskins)

They had big plans to head over to the Grandin for a free showing of Charlie Brown Christmas but rumor has it that Chris got stopped by a million people and as they went up the box office steps they put the sold out sign up!  Next year Christmas parade...next year!  And we are making Chris sit directly in front of the theater! HA!
While we don't yet live in the Grandin/Raleigh Court area we consider that "our neighborhood" and where we feel most at home.  It's so good to see and interact with the kids (and their parents) that we minister to "away from the soccer field!"!
