We were very busy Easter morning...maybe that is why we were 10 minutes late for church :) We dyed eggs and Sam LOVED it!!! I let go of my control and let him try all by himself to get the eggs out. We were, of course, short some eggs by the end but he loved every second. Here is his mommy egg...he picked the color and "colored" on the bottom of the egg!!
This year Mr. Easter Bunny thought it would be best to get the kids one big present instead of lots of little ones....and we think he STRUCK GOLD!!!! They got a train set and they have NOT.STOPPED.PLAYING with it!!!! Mrs. Easter Bunny wanted to get them a Thomas Train set but Mr. Easter Bunny did a LOT of research and found Geo-Trax by Fisher Price that even included a remote!!! (and then Mrs. Easter Bunny had to tell Mr. Easter Bunny that he was right....just this once:) !!)
I personally think Mr. Easter Bunny is a hunk-a-hunk of burning love...but that's just me!!
