I know what you're thinking, "move in ready"!....HA!

Here are some before shots of the house.  Here is a long sitting room...we hope to dry-stack the firehouse like we did with our old house.  It was our favorite part of the old house so we wanted to carry it over!  

 View into the kitchen and yes Sam is playing soccer and Sissy is carrying around a bag of chips...we have officially christened the new house!

 You can't tell by the pics but the cabinets were in pretty bad shape.  Lots of different materials and colors and completely disgusting.  We ended up gutting the entire kitchen within a couple of days.

 From the family room to the dining room

 Master bedroom:  Those stains in the carpet and walls were all over the house (hence why I thought they were animal hoarders)  Chris and some soccer players removed all the carpet and bleached any spots that we thought the stains went through.  Then he and his helpers (friends and family) painted every inch of the bedrooms...the ceiling, the trim, the closets.  Because we didn't know what was in there he painted everything just to make sure.

 Master bath...yes that is carpet in the bath.  When we pulled up the carpet we found tile.  Who carpets over tile in a bathroom?

 Kids bathroom upstairs...We have big plans for both upstairs baths...big plans that I won't even let Chris think about until I have a kitchen.  We are thinking next year is bath redo!

Charley's bedroom (please note the crazy stains).  We laughed because every time we toured the house Charley went to this room and said it was her room.  Of course she would claim the room with two closets and two windows.  We decided since she was the girl it made sense.  Plus Sam wanted the room where he could "watch the squirrels" in the morning.  The bedroom facing the backyard with the trees. It was a win/win for all.

I didn't take a picture of the nursery but it is beside Charley's and it is pretty spacious.  

 Can you guess which color we picked??? (Or who painted which square....hummmmm I wonder which one Charley painted???)

 The front...sorry it's so dark

 Room beside the garage.  We are planning on using this room as guest room/craft room/playroom/catch all room.  It has a full bath attached to it that we are planning on gutting as well.
