Sam's first day of first grade!

First day of first grade for both of us!  

 What you talkin about?

Sam has had a great start to first grade!  I can't believe we are in the same grade!  It's a new experience having a kid in the grade you've taught for 10 years!  He, of course, is a first grade rockstar!  I would take a whole class full of Sams!  He wasn't nervous at all!  Sam and Dad headed for their first day tradition to Chick-fil-a!  He called to let me know that the sweet tea "was on point, Mom...on point!"!  I love that kid!  We got slushies after school and had a quick dinner at McAlister's and then headed to soccer practice!  I'm pretty sure his favorite part was practice! :)
